Read-only mode on Mac Store bought 1password

I have 1password installed on multiple macs. I sync with iCloud. Now one of the macs is complaining about read-only mode but even there I installed the 1password using the Mac Store.

What should I do?

1Password Version: 6.6.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: OS X 10.12.4 beta
Sync Type: iCloud

    Never mind, restarting the application solved the prolbme.
