1password stopped working on my IPAD

Hi,

I have 1password installed on my iPad. I use 27 bytes long password.
now it stopped working and I only can enter 24 bytes password.

    Hi @yuwda01! Welcome to the forums! :chuffed:

    By any chance are you using a version of iOS on your iPad earlier than iOS 10.2.1? We've had some reports recently of customers with the recent 1Password 6.5.3 on earlier versions of iOS having problems entering master passwords longer than a certain length.

    If that's the case, please ensure you update to iOS 10.2.1. To do so, please open the Settings app on your iPad and then tap on General > Software Update.
