cannot sync between 1password for windows and 1password for ipad iphone, both purchased in dec 2015

I purchased 1Password for iPad first about November 2015 I then purchased 1Password for Windows on or about December 2015 , I have the license number and the purchased dates for both. I cannot sync the data between the two as if they are distinct account, but I still open 1password with the same master password, on ipad the pin I put in regularly disappear, even though it is set to open with pin only except for other request where 1Password asks for the master. I have other issues but if I can at least solve this one for now...:)

    As for the issue with your PIN on your iPad, please check what setting you have selected in 1Password under Settings > Advanced > Security > Require Master Password. Please let us know what that is set to.
