on family account the new vault + is not present

I have just downloaded the family account. I have transferred my data from 1password 4, but I do not have the icons to create new vaults. What happened ? I am using a PC.

@carolinesteve: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! With 1Password Families (or any 1Password.com membership), you can create a new vault by logging into your account at 1Password.com in your web browser:
