I'm paying for an iOS subscription, apparently a different account than the one which syncs

The two accounts are:

Apparently, one is a subscribed iOS account, and the other is successfully syncing to the web/PC.
Is there any way to link them, or unfreeze the synchronized account, or transfer the subscription from the iOS account to the other?
