Lost my families password. Need to reset

Hi,

I haven't set up any members in my 1Password family(kyraxyg) and I forgot my master password. I've mailed support a two times and have not heard back for 4 months. For ex: [#JSV-67799-228]

Please help i cannot use my account for months and unless problem solved immediately i don't think i will use anymore.
