Cannot open 1Password. Get message saying it is updating. I think something is wrong.

I have sent you an email with screen shots of the message I am getting, and the appearance of the app's icon in my Applications Folder.


1Password Version: Cannot access, but up to date.

    you could try to delete the app and download the latest version again. Nothing should be lost, everything is stored in the library and in your Dropbox.

    I'm sorry to hear you were having such an odd problem with 1Password! I found your emails, and fortunately it sounds like rebooting your Mac solved it. If I had to guess, I'd say this sounds like the Mac App Store was installing an update for 1Password, and for some reason your Mac thought that update wasn't complete even though it actually was. I'll follow up with you via email since you have a few more questions there. If you run into other problems with 1Password, please let us know. Cheers! :)
