All Vaults disapeared from 1Password iOS v6.5.4 Safari Extension

I had some problem with 1Password for iOS with the All Vaults vanishing from within Mobile Safari. Tried quiting the App, rebooting, etc and nothing worked. I eventually deleted/reinstalled and it works as usual now.

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 10.3.1
Sync Type: Not Provided
