Billing Subscription Failed. Same card from last year.

Hello
Billing to my subscription has failed.
but I used the same card from last year's sub., and last year it was not problem.
my bank actually phoned me and asked whether I made the purchase, system returned automatically failed.
they say it might be your billing system doesn't support Chinese credit card.

please confirm, since this card is my only net-purchasing card.
