Hi,

I would like to change to a family account, or at least try it out, but the option to invite people is not showing on the menu under my name. Please help!
I also want to change from the App Store subscription, cancelled on the App Store but it's still saying managed by the App Store under billing.

    @alan_r: Indeed, it won't be possible to change to another plan if you're still on a subscription through Apple. If you haven't already, you'll need to cancel your Apple Subscription from the Manage Subscriptions page of your Apple ID and contact us from your 1Password.com account's registered email address. I'll shoot you an email shortly and we can work out the rest of the details. :)
