Export option greyed out after 1Password.com update

I just switched to 1password.com Family and now can’t export my information on my Mac. File > Export is there in the Menu, but its greyed out.

I found the support page on this topic (support.1password.com/export). It says I may need to alter permissions to export. I don’t see where this permissions setting exists on either 1password.com or on my Mac app. I am the family organizer.

Do you have any guidance on what’s causing this issue and how to resolve it?

    Hi @NudnikShpilkes,

    It sounds like you're currently using All Vaults. If you select a specific vault using the vault picker in the upper left of the window this should be resolved.
