need to transfer an account

Made a 1password acct. for my boss' passwords, using my personal email. Now he wants me to transfer them all over to his new 1Password Acct and remove my access. He will be altering some of the passwords. I am glad to do this, but when I try to export the passwords so he can import them, most things can't be exported. Most of his 94 passwords are empty when he gets them. What can I do?
