    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. How are you syncing your 1Password data (e.x. a 1Password.com membership, Dropbox, iCloud, etc)?

    I bought the product and have a license but don't know if I belong to password.com membership. My computer shows the bank information and e fax says it was sync'd within seconds but does not show up on the phone or the pad. sync with iCloud

    If you’re syncing with iCloud then you are not using a 1Password.com membership. We have a guide on troubleshooting iCloud sync issues available here:
