Running Knox on a new Mac, and entering my license fails

I saved my license information in 1Password, so I'm reasonably sure it's correct, but when I enter it in Knox, it says “The name and license key are not valid.”

I am running Sierra 10.12.5 (16F73) and Knox 2.3.2 (234).

Also, the license is probably under an old email I don't have anymore, in case you try to send me email about it. It was [REDACTED] but now is [REDACTED], if you could please move over any licenses under that old email. [I wish I could send you an email and not a public forum post, so I could actually include this vital information. How do I do that?]
