Please help me unlock the license
Hello there,
I'm sorry because my personal mistake has increased your work pressure.
In this case, I purchased a family license and a single user license around 13 and 14 years, and last year I purchased the Mac version on the MAC App Store and used it all the time.
Today I would like to try the validity of a single-user license in the next trial version of the activation process, because forgetting how to activate repeatedly downloaded multiple single-user licenses, causing the license to be disabled.
Please help me unblock a single user license so that I can continue to use it.
