Website tells me I have an existing account, email tells me I don't

I'm trying to start a trial of 1Password, but when I go to sign up for a new account, the website kicks me back and tells me there's already an account associated with my email address. When I request my account information via email, I get an email from the system saying that I don't have account.
Feeling a little lost here.
I currently have a 1Password vault I use through iOS and have purchased the pro version through the app.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
