My password and thumbprint are not working on my iPhone.
I cannot access my passwords!!

    I'm sorry to hear about the lost Master Password! Sadly we have no way of resetting it for you. Have a read through this article with tips that might help you recover it:

    If you're still not able to sign in, I'm sorry to say that the only other option would be to delete your account and start over.
