1P fails to unlock and errors with a decrypt (bad HMAC) failure.

I have a very sporadic error, where 1P fails to unlock after the computer wakes from sleep. The password is correct and not forgotten, but 1P can not unlock its files. The work around that I've found is to kill 1P and its helper, then relaunch 1P. Then it will work properly. There's not much in the logs, other than the following error:

Jul 7 08:32:59 katzen 2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4-helper[4308]: 671001 [CRYPTO:(Main Thread):] E decryptDataWithReader:writer:error: | Decryption failed, bad HMAC

After a force kill there is this message in the logs:

Jul 7 08:35:28 katzen com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword4-helper[4308]): Service exited due to signal: Killed: 9

And then it comes back up with these messages and everything works properly again.

@shackledtodesk: That really sounds like a disk problem, if it works sometimes but not others. 1Password is trying to read the data from disk to verify it. That's a bit scary so be sure to check the filesystem for errors and perhaps do a hardware diagnostic as well. But I wonder if it's simply due to a slow initialization after your Mac wakes up. If you wait longer before trying to unlock 1Password, does the problem go away?
