Login says the lid's closed

I open my laptop and login with Touch ID. I go to 1Password and it says I can't use Touch ID with the lid closed. Does the app think I'm using a secondary monitor? I'm not. The lid is open, and I can take a screenshot.

We're aware of a bug where this can happen; if you close the main 1Password window and re-open does the message go away?

  • Thanks Rudy. Is there a Control-Command-Q shortcut that something similar? Maybe for sleep?

    Hi @TomWolsky,

Using the Command-Q keyboard shortcut in the 1Password app will quit it, like it does with most apps. :)

  • Sorry sjk. I think I posted my Kady in the wrong thread.
