Multiple usernames per login

Wondering if it's possible to have multiple username/password fields in a single login.

Below is a URL that requires (3) fields to be entered.

1 Password is only able to recognize two of the three. It's not able to recognize the last name field.
I'd like to be able to automatically submit the fields as well.

1Password Version: 6.7.1
Extension Version:
OS Version: 10.12.5
Sync Type: iCloud

    Hi @binary_miscreant

Thank you for getting in touch with us. If you create a login manually it can store the three fields and fill them accordingly, I just tested it and it seems to be working fine :chuffed: If you see the item it will seem like the last name isn't there at first glance, but upon clicking on "show webform details" you'll be able to see that 1Password has it all under control:

Please let us know if you try this and if it works well for you :chuffed:

  • Thank worked. Thanks.

    Hey @agbobeck,

Thanks for writing in and sorry about the trouble filling in all details. Did you try saving a new Login manually to see if that helped?

If that didn't help, please let us know:

    • Which web site you were trying to log into. If you could provide the web address for the page you were on that would help us try this out ourselves.
    • What version of 1Password you have. You can check what version of 1Password you're running by following this guide:

    Looking forward to hearing back.

    Best regards,
