Can't save to Agile cloud, even though it seems to authenticate?

Hi,
for the last two weeks one of my two cloud accounts asks me to re-authenticate (which it seems to do for a few seconds). However, because it's constantly doing it now - I decided to check the website and found that particular account hasn't synced since 14 July.

If I put in the correct password everything seems Ok, and I get an error message if I make a mistake in the password… so it does appear to be talking to 1password.com to some degree.

Checking the web interface I can see that my teams accounts are syncing their vaults so it's just the family account.

Any suggestion on how to restore syncing?
