Mac App & Extension Logons Not Working

Hello there,

I recently switched from families to a standard account. The account is set up fine and I can log into my account on browser. I have installed a clean vsn of 1Password 6.8 directly through my browser account, but the app doesn't accept the password. It just rejects it. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi @mcooling74! Sorry about the trouble getting signed in to 1Password for Mac. Could you please open https://my.1password.com in your browser and try signing in there as you mentioned you already did? When that you're signed in, click your name in the top right and choose Get the Apps. Then use your Setup Code on that page to sign in to the 1Password app. All you'll need is your Master Password when you use the Setup Code. Let us know how this goes!
