What is the blue circle that has a 30 second timer in it -- and the account # keeps changing?
When I put account# in the secure note section on my iPhone6 -- there is a circle with a 30 sec timer that appears to the right of it and it keeps changing the account #. What is that? It goes away when I hit the "edit" button upper right. Thanks.

That's a "Time-based One Time Password" (TOTP):

Basically it's an extra security measurement on sites that support it; next to entering "something you know" (your password) you also need to enter "something you have" (the codes that change every 30 seconds).

@XIII is right, I'm pretty sure. TOTP fields are the only ones I can think of that would match this description.
