I logged in to upgrade my account to a family plan and now all of my years of data is gone! HELP

All of my data is missing once I started billing for the family plan. I've stored years of info on there and need to share it with team mates. Please help me get all the data back!

OS Version: OSX 10.10.5
Sync Type: Dropbox but I'd like to use iCloud
