How I use my Smart Folders - Password Changes

I have been using the 1Password Mac app for several years now and I have customized it to meet my needs. One way I have done this is to use smart folders. The examples below detail how I have set up smart folders to show me a range of when passwords were last changed. (The Watchtower feature provides a similar function, but it is not customizable.) The date ranges are set to the approximate days that the range falls under.

Why would you set up these smart folders?
1. Your favorite website's password expires after 2 years. You prefer to not change it often. If the website's entry appears in the 1.5 to 2 yr smart folder, you have 6 months warning to change the password.
2. Your company has an official policy that demands that you change your password every 3 months (90 days). By setting up a smart folder with a range of 70 to 90 days and a "Work" tag, you now have a 20 day notice to change your password.

Smart folder examples:

––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
Changed password last month:

[All] of the following are true
[Last password change (days ago)] [is greater than] "30"

Thanks for taking the time to share your use case with us, @GeniusRedacted! A very creative way to solve a problem and make use of the options available. Hopefully this will help some other customers who face similar challenges, and give us some ideas as to how we can better provide tools to solve these problems.

P.S. I moved this from our Accounts board to the Mac board as only 1Password for Mac supports Smart Folders.
