Are you able to help me merge 2 accounts?

Hi there!

I need to merge two different 1Password accounts. My company has a team account, but one of our directors also has his own account that he has had for a long time and now wants to merge his account with our company one so everything is all in one place for us.

How would we go about this? Please let me know what extra details you will need.

    Hi @alyce_neale! I'd be happy to help out with that. :) When it comes to merging accounts, there are only a few things you need to do:

    1. Create vaults in the new account that match the old one, if you want to move the data over directly.
    2. Move items from the old account to the new one.
    3. Check that things have been moved over successfully, then delete the old account.
