1password app downloaded on my Mac dock but not accepting my password.
Company account with 1Password.
Downloaded the 1password app on my Mac dock.
When prompted for password on the desktop app I put in the correct Master Password but I get rejected.
The reason I know it is correct is that when I log into www.1password.com (on Chrome) - my password is accepted.
I use my thumb print to access the app on my iPhone
Can you help?

@johncriordan: It sounds like you may have a local vault setup with a different Master Password on your Mac. Did you have to set it up when you "Downloaded the 1password app"? If not, it's because you did previously, so its using your existing data. Do you see a Primary vault in the app, and is the local vault option enabled in Preferences > Advanced? Let me know what you find!
