Issue with billing.

Options

So I run a team and we have the team addition. We didn't notice that 1password had our old credit card information in the system until we got frozen out. No big deal we updated the credit card and everyone started working except on one machine. It still says awaiting payment. Uninstalled 1password and reinstalled and am continuing having the issue.

    @JasonReichl: Are you certain they're signed into the correct account, which is part of your team? We've made it incredibly easy to sign up for 1Password.com...but unfortunately some folks do get confused and create more than one. If they're still having trouble, please have them shoot us an email at support@1password.com from their registered address so we can help!

    Yes. Here is a picture in my 1 password on my macbook pro

    Here is a picture in my vault, as you can see I'm not supposed to be suspended.

    I've deleted my 1password and reinstalled and it gets the same issue.
