unable to sign in.

1password says to me like this.

Unable to sign in, please check details provided and your network connection.

i don't use proxy and vpn.

but my macbook is login ok.

what's the problem?

    Thank you for keeping us posted! :+1: I am glad to hear you've sorted it out.

    If you are having troubles entering your account credentials to 1Password apps on your devices, you can use your Setup Code to fill them for you. You will need to enter your Master Password, but your Secret Code and sign-in address will be filled automatically.

    I would also recommend to print out your Emergency Kit, write the Master Password in the space provided, and keep it somewhere safe and secure: https://support.1password.com/emergency-kit/

    This way you won't get locked out of your 1Password Account. :)
