Mac OS Sierra. I have been using 1 Password for years. It is working fine on Safari, but suddenly greyed out on Chrome. When I try to fix it I am redirected to https://1password.com/ but don't seem to be able to complete signin as I don't have a secret key. I purchased on Mac App store.

    @marie_case: Just to clarify, if you're using Dropbox to sync a local vault, and don't also have a 1Password.com membership, you won't have an account or Secret Key for it. Please do the following to get Chrome working again:

    1. Remove the 1Password extension from Chrome
    2. Update Chrome completely from chrome://settings/help
    3. Restart your Mac
    4. Install the latest 1Password extension from our site: https://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions
