Welcome to the forum, @Treeskier_Sugarbush! Sorry to hear you're having trouble signing up -- that part should be easy -- let's figure out what's going on. My first question is: have you checked your spam/junk/bulk email folder? Sometimes, unsolicited email from our servers can get marked by overzealous spam filters as junk. Let us know if you see it there.
