Upgrade to Family Account from Individual (Apple Store)

I have cancelled my Apple Store subscription as detailed in this forum and I have sent a support request (#QTU-75713-416) requesting my account be marked as cancelled so that I can upgrade to a family subscription.

This forum post was part of the instructions to highlight the support request to you attention.

Let me know when the account is marked as cancelled so that I can upgrade to family.
