1password extension won't install Mac OS Sierra
I've just bought a new Mac operating on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.5. I've just tried to install the 1password extension but when I double click on the download it says "an error has occurred whilst installing the password". I've tried repeating the download without success.

Welcome to the forum, @JojoM! :) Thanks for writing in. Although 10.13 is the current version of macOS, the older 10.12.x ("Sierra") should still be working fine with 1Password. However, you need to download more than just the extension into Safari (or whatever browser you're using). To use 1Password, you'll need to download the 1Password for Mac app, either from our downloads page or from the Mac App Store. Have you already done that?
