Touch ID full automatised ?

Hi,
I would like to know if Touch ID could activate automatically ? I mean no need tapping on the "touch ID symbol" button before dropping its finger on the home screen button. I precise that "Touch ID instead of Master code" setup is activated.

My devices : iPhone 6 and iPad Air 2 on iOS11

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    We are working on making that happen, yes. It is supposed to work that way. The only exception is when the device reboots. When the device reboots you are supposed to see the behavior you are seeing now. There is a bug in the way we detect device reboots on iOS 11 that causes 1Password to think the device has rebooted much more frequently than it actually has.

    That said, it is still critical that you remember your Master Password even with Touch ID enabled, and we’ve found typing it occasionally is one of the better ways of remembering it. You may want to take that into consideration. :)
