office computers no longer syncing, how do we reinstate

Our 1password accounts use to sync together on the Mac within the office. They are no longer doing so. How can I check whether the sync is through the cloud or dropbox? What do I need to do to reinstate the syncing?

    Welcome to the forum, @mlally! Sorry to hear you're having sync troubles just now. Can I ask: what method of sync have you been using in the past? How many 1Password users do you have in the office, and how many devices?

  • We have two computers that use 1 password. The initial set-up was through the cloud.
