When I enter password, app crashes.

When I open the SplashID Safe app and enter my password, the application crashes and when I reopen it, this appears: SplashID Safe unexpectedly quit the last time it was run. Would you like to send a crash report to SplashData? I have sent many reports but never heard back. Suggestions?

    @mllelynne: You'll need to contact them then. This is the AgileBits support forum for 1Password. I wouldn't know how to resolve that for you. :(
