Partner upgraded his iPad to IOS11 and now can't access his 1Password/backup. Any ideas?
My partner has just upgraded his iPad from IOS10 to IOS11 and now finds that he can't access his 1Password and has lost all his passwords. He tried sending me his back-up as an attachment, but I can't find a way of opening it. He thinks he had the original version of 1Password. Any ideas please?!
