I keep getting an error message "unable to sign in, please check details provided...."

I'm trying to connect 1Password6 on my Windows laptop to my 1Password acocunt. I'm sure I've put in all the details correctly, but keep getting an error message saying: "Unable to sign in, please check details provided and your network connection." Everything syncs great on my Macbook and iOs devices, but not on my Windows laptop.

Is there any way you can help me get things running?

    Thanks for taking time to contact us! Welcome to the forums! :)

    I noticed that you have an old version (6.3.359d) of 1Password installed on your PC. Please try to do the following:

    1. Uninstall the current version of 1Password you have via Control Panel.

    2. Install the latest 1Password 6 version from here.

    3. Sign in to your account.

    Let us know if it works.
