Switching to opvault is not working as expected

I tried switching from agilekeychain to opvault as described here https://support.1password.com/cs/switch-to-opvault/. During the import it complains that the entry exists and whether or not I wish to overwrite it. It says that for every entry. I eventually said yes to all but I am not confident that it is in-fact importing everything correctly. In the end there was one less item in the Logins category compared to agilekeychain vault.

How come it is complaining about duplicates if the opvault I created is empty?
What do I need to do to import everything correctly?

    @melbogia: I'm not seeing that here, so I wonder if you have some damaged data — or perhaps sync conflicts or Trashed items hanging around causing confusion. If you don't have attachments, you can simply Ctrl A and Ctrl C to copy all items in the original vault, and then Ctrl V to paste them into the new one. Just keep in mind that OPVault is more resource intensive, so you may see reduced performance with the newer format.
