Can access app but not account

I can log into the app on my phone, but when I try to access my account from my computer or my phone it says that the master password is incorrect. Is there anything I can do about this?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    It sounds like you are using a local vault in 1Password on your phone and this local vault has a different Master Password. To confirm my hunch here, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your phone, where you can access your data:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports

    Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to [email protected].

    Please do not post your Diagnostic Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Suapport ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
