I can not access the application

to enter the application, I always use the touch id, but from now on this can not be done - the icon of touch is simply missing. I tried to reboot the phone, but it does not help. I do not remember my password. What is the way out of this

    I’m sorry to hear you do not recall your Master Password. In order to access your data you would need to enter the correct Master Password. There is no other way. When Touch ID fails the only way in is with the Master Password. Please check out this guide for further information:
