Small glitches in 1Password X 1.3.0 parameters screen

Hi,
Small glitches in 1PX 1.3.0 params screen (and previous versions), in French at least:
1) minutes not correctly alligned
2) toggle buttons not well positioned in their boxes.

Using Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Build officiel) (64 bits)

@Dahu: It may be that this is an issue when your system is localized, but to make sure we're taking a look in the right environment overall, could you let us know what operating system you're using 1Password X on as well? Thanks! :chuffed:

Sure: Windows 7 (I will check at home next week, I think I had similar problems on Windows 10).

@Dahu: Thanks for letting us know! Yeah, browsers on Windows can be a bit weird with layout for some reason...and I don't think the localized text is doing us any favors here either. We'll see what we can do to improve this. :)

Mitch made some updates to address this a few days ago and his fix should be in the next beta. Thank you for the report!
