@sychewo: Hmm. Well, I feel a bit stupid now, but I'm not seeing a password field on that page. Can you tell me the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using, and perhaps include a screenshot of what you're seeing? To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:

Just be sure not to post anything sensitive, as this is a public forum. Thanks in advance!

@brenty Hello, I'm using latest chrome that runs on mac 10.13.2. My 1Password Version 6.8.4 (684000) from Mac App Store. When you open the site, you have to type your user name first (you can try to type test) and hit your enter key. Then you can type your password.

    Enter your user name screenshot:

    Enter your password screenshot:

    Thanks your help.

Thanks for providing those steps, @sychewo!

While 1Password can handle most websites without an issue, it, unfortunately, has a more difficult time handling websites that don't adhere to web standards, such as https://term.ptt.cc/. This website has heavily customised the user experience and isn't using standard inputs fields for its sign in process. 1Password relies on standard web form practices in order to determine where and when to fill details on a website. If that standardization isn't available on the website, then 1Password won't know how to save the Login item or how to fill it.

I'm sorry I can't be of more help here. Let me know if you have any questions!
