Long strings showing instead of vault names

I’m having an issue where for my teams account (I also have a vault synced via Dropbox) the vault names are not displaying properly. There’s a letter, a number, space dash space and then a long alphanumeric string. This comes on the heels of having had this issue a few days ago:

    Hi @sdg,

    I'm the guy you want to be talking to when such a thing happens. This means that the app doesn't have the keys needed to decrypt those vaults.

    Would you mind emailing us at [email protected] and including a diagnostics report? Follow the instructions on this page:

    The diagnostics report will give me information on how things are setup, as well as log files about what's been going on that could lead to this. Include a link to this forum post in the email so that we know why it's coming in.

    When you've emailed that to us, you should receive a reply pretty quickly from our auto-responder which will give you your support request id. Please post that here so that I can quickly find the email and start looking into this for you.
