How to use same email to the new account

Hi, i have lost my secret key and do not have device where to sign in. I would like to create new account but with the same e-mail (the same i use in this forum) and i cant because "account with this email already exist"... Is there a way to somehow delete old account just with master password? Do i have to create new email to create new 1password account?

Please email us from the email address your account is registered under at support@agilebits.com with your request. When you email in you'll get an automated email back from BitBot with a support ID. Please post that ID here.
