Trying to install 1Password on Mac running High Sierra but getting message that it can't be installed at this location. What does this mean?

  • Hey @linda_herot! That message typically means you don't have permission to install the app in that location. Are you selecting your Mac's main hard drive? If so, you might need the admin of your Mac to install 1Password instead. You're also welcome to download the 1Password app directly from this link which doesn't use an installer so you can simply drag the app to your Applications folder and start using it. :) Hope that helps!
