Some of my devices have both personal and primary vaults and others have only personal vaults. I want to consolidate my vaults to just one and have it be the same on all devices. I am using a mac pro on sierra, a macbook air on sierra, and an iPhone 7. We have the yearly subscription and I'm not sure how I am syncing it. I thought I was doing it through iCloud, but now I'm not so sure.

@dkam136: Thanks for getting in touch, and the details! I'm sorry for the confusion. If you're using a 1Password.com membership, iCloud is not involved in that; all of the data in your account is sync'd with the server: you just sign into your account on each device to access that data.

But if you still have some Primary (local) vaults (which are not part of your account) hanging around, it's worth simplifying things. Just to double check, if you sign into your account on 1Password.com in your web browser, do you have all of your data there?

If so, you're in good shape, and can remove the Primary vault(s). Just let me know which devices you have that one.

However, if you do not have all of your data in your account, is there a particular device where you're sure you do have all of it? Then you could move any items you don't have in your account already from the Primary vault to the Personal vault in your account:

Let me know what you find. I look forward to hearing back from you! :)
