    my iPhone 1Password app that I usually access fingerprint, will not recognize my Master password on new login screen that does not show option for finger print. Help!

    Never mind. I already fixed by deleting and reinstalling app. Thanks for being there. Maybe next time I'll need you Ben.

    If I delete the App then reinstall, will I lose all my passwords??

    @Badwater: If that's the only place you have them stored, then yes. Please backup your data before you attempt anything like that!

    My problem is my iPhone 7 Touch ID stopped working on the App and i don’t remember my password. What can I do??

    @Badwater: You'll need to remember it in order to access it, if this is the only place you have this data.

    (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

    Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

    If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. You can try as many times as you want. You won’t be “locked out”, but you will not be able to access your data unless you can enter the required Master Password correctly. Please let me know how it turns out.
