Unable to confirm request

We have granted our new team member access to our vaults. However, he did not receive the notification thus unable to confirm. The request is still marked as "Pending". Please help how can he confirm his access to our vaults?

    @jeff_man: The only way for him to access vaults you share with him is for him to setup an account using the invitation you sent. And the only way for that to work is if he can receive it in the first place, unfortunately. This isn't something we can address for you, but definitely have him check his spam settings and try sending it again, as that's the most likely culprit. Otherwise there's a deeper issue on his end, as others are able to receive email from our service. Please let me know how it turns out!
