Manually associating a login entry with an app

I have noticed that some entries in my vault use app:// URL scheme to match applications. I do have an app I'd like to associate existing entry with. How do I find the reverse-URL entry for the application? Is that CFBundleIdentifier?

    It is, but currently those aren't consulted when displaying mini.
